The Commandment Co Collaboration
Several months ago, I received an invitation to collaborate as an artist with The Commandment Co (TCCO), and was too excited for words. It’s been moons after now, and since, I created a mini collection of 3 designs ‘Vintage Verses’. This mini collection is based on the themes of faith, hope, joy and love in the Bible.
Each one of these selected verses filled me with personal revelations of God’s love for me over and over, bringing me to tears. And I hope it would be faith-filled for you too. You can read the inspiration I had derived from each biblical flower here.
I understand my community consists of many makers and artists, and I thought it may be helpful to share my experience of collaboration as well as an insight into this wonderful faith-focussed small business and their mission.
So who are they? The lovely Hagios from TCCO kindly sent me their own introduction:
The Commandment Co is a Christian gift shop nestled in the sunny streets of Singapore. What started for us as pure desire to uplift those facing struggles, then led to the establishment of the company itself which specialises in creating personalised gifts capturing the essence of God's truth and love.
A little about Collab+, a collaboration project between Christian artists and TCCO:
The Collab+ project was born, in hope to be as a beacon radiating faith and creativity. Through Collab+, the company collaborates with talented artists and designers, having their designs interwoven with Bible verses and spiritual quotes, which are then featured on quality posters and tote bags, our hope is that these gifts would serve as tangible reminders of God’s love.

At TCCO, we believe art is a divine gift, bestowed upon individuals by God. And this art has the power to inspire, uplift, and connect individuals to their faith and the Christian community. That's why we are passionate about collaborating with diverse artists to support their creative journeys and celebrate their unique talents.
The Mission:
We hope that Collab+ becomes a platform that provides artists with a space to express their unique perspectives on faith and share their personal stories, ultimately touching the hearts of our audience and inspire spiritual growth in them. By offering artists a platform to share their faith-filled art, we hope to empower them in fulfilling and accomplishing their dreams of serving the Christian community at large with their God-given talents.
If you’re an artist who wants to share your art, I highly recommend TCCO as your collaborator, and as a platform to share your own spiritually-inspired art. I don’t think enough words describe the professionalism I had personally experienced. Not only did I feel appreciated as an artist, had several spiritual revelations through studying the Bible verses I meditated over, but I witnessed my art honoured through TCCO’s well-organised project Collab+.
