就这样子,我认识了studio3(studiothree)的成员,也不久后成为了朋友。 采用的原创歌曲: 「完美之旅」(「The Perfect Journey」) : Paper Boxes 《紀念品》(studiothree) 片尾曲 // Film Festivals & Screenings // 2012 8th InDPanda Short Film Festival (Hong Kong) 2013 18th Portobello Film Festival (London) 2013 Tropfest South East Asia Roughcut George Town Festival (Penang) 2013   Read More …

Having just settled back in Perth after our 9-months’ stint in Qingdao, China, I scrambled through the articles to catch some wind of some jazz news. Each time i do this, i find my other pair of fingers crossed. The last i checked, more jazz venues closed down. More live music venues closed down. Coming   Read More …

We have had the pleasure of working with the Shangri-La Choir team on a choral item for Earth Hour over these 2 weeks. 3 songs were selected for the theme of the event. After picking the essentials, ie, Heal the World and Colours of the Wind, we weren’t sure which other song would have the   Read More …

Typeface: a single style in a type family What’s the difference between Typeface and Font? Font actually refers to both typeface and font size. Historically speaking, since each size had to be manually re-drawn causing it to look slightly different at different sizes, it actually becomes a different font at a different font size. I had never celebrated Chinese New Year in China itself and was certainly looking forward to it. It doesn’t have the vibes nor the ‘noise’ of CNY in Singapore. I say noise since if you’re familiar with the Chinese tradition, you’d know the gong and the noise of celebration is to chase away the demon   Read More …

Here’s sharing a brief article from singer-songwriter Gloria Cameron (ChoiceinMusic) from a LinkedIn Group for Singers and Songwriters called “Musicians, Singers, Songwriters, Recording Artists“. What do you think of these suggestions? Personally E) is a must, which most of us have as long as we have a mobile/cell phone with us. A friend in the   Read More …

Flattered by the number of times the TV programme, The Voice of China had invited me unto their programme just over the past 2 weeks, but I do realised I’ve treasured working creatively and organically with the softer, more intimate, more quiet, things, people, aspects of life. Lots of things call out to us everyday.   Read More …
