There are so many reasons why people celebrate this Season. The stores for profit, others for fun, for get-togethers, for a chance to put on some nice new feathers, a chance to believe in hope. Others have done it away all together, celebrating Thanksgiving instead. Which i’ve come to realise has a painful and bitter history to its origin. Bless the Indians.

But it is all good. For all who is for Love cannot be against Whom who made us. So don’t stop happiness, don’t stop love, don’t blame each other for the reasons that we don’t care about, or don’t know about. For He is greater. Love is. Love one another.

But this is why i celebrate Christmas. I have many prayers, but He knows the one in my heart that He is working a miracle on. I celebrate the Christmas for this is the day the pain, disease and humiliation on the Cross freed me. It is the reason why I am free. It is the reason for my everyday. Thank you Jesus for taking my place.

In addition to some of the pictures we took from the Lutheran Church, here’re some Christmas activities in the busy town of Qingdao, China. These people have become close to me, more than colleagues, they have become friends who work through the hustle bustle of Christmas celebrations here in the hotel. Like us, they gave up their own time (to eat, sleep) to work, and when we celebrated for others, it was that the customers’ and clients’ joys were our own. We wrote little cards to them.

The most important season to bless if we ever hesitated on the rest of the year. Thank you for your friendships and love.
